If you were fortunate enough to get a payrise at the end of 2021 can I ask the percentage?

Ours is in April and we have to negotiate our own. I'm happy that I still have a job after taking a personal pasting last year so I'll request whatever RPI is in March and settle for CPI.

Normally I aim for something above RPI in line with my performance to try and at least get RPI.

My (private sector) pension went up by 4.5%.

2.5% private sector.

3% - charity

Nothing (teacher). Got a nice letter about absence with a Bradford factor of 16 though.
