If you were fortunate enough to get a payrise at the end of 2021 can I ask the percentage?

TheHobbitMum · 10/01/2022 18:43

LadyCleathStuart · 10/01/2022 18:44

HotChoc10 · 10/01/2022 18:48

4.5% partly 'cost of living', partly spinal point raise (I work at a university)

GreenFingersWouldBeHandy · 10/01/2022 18:49

None per cent! Lost job.

Theforest · 10/01/2022 18:49

Nothing 😮

YorkshireIndie · 10/01/2022 18:51

Nothing unless I get a new job at a higher grade 🙄

GreenerGrass103 · 10/01/2022 18:52

My company have budgeted 2% as a whole. It is awarded In March. Some people will get more (high performers and / or those who are underpaid) and some people will get less (low performers and / or those who are overpaid in comparison to their peers).

Merryoldgoat · 10/01/2022 18:54

How @WreckTangled? That’s a proper pisser.

8% but that was performance related and not COL.

As a rule we get 2% COL each September, sometimes more, sometimes less.

WreckTangled · 10/01/2022 18:58

@Merryoldgoat it put me up a pension bracket. I'm happy to have a pension but I also need to be able to eat Grin

Mummadeze · 10/01/2022 19:01

Hoping for 3% in March.

Sparklesocks · 10/01/2022 19:03

3% increase from this month

Merryoldgoat · 10/01/2022 19:04

@WreckTangled

Oh what a pain - I know it’s good (guessing TPS or LGPS) but so irritating.

TangledNemo · 10/01/2022 19:05

No pay rise since I started my job in July 19.
(I’ve been on maternity leave since June though).

Racingadmin · 10/01/2022 19:07

11% but that's a zero hours contract rising from min wage

WreckTangled · 10/01/2022 19:08

@Merryoldgoat NHS Smile I do get 20% off at McDonald's though so swings and roundabouts Wink

Merryoldgoat · 10/01/2022 19:11

🤣

eyeblob · 10/01/2022 19:11

La 0%

Itwasgoodwhileitlasted · 10/01/2022 19:11

I had an annual bonus of £198. No pay rise. What a lucky girl! Seriously though, I am thankful I have a job. And one I enjoy too.
