If you were fortunate enough to get a payrise at the end of 2021 can I ask the percentage?

Sorry, wrong quote. I was responding to @LakieLady

Cosmois · 10/01/2022 21:55

A 5% payrise in March and then a promotion in September with a 20% payrise.

happyjules · 10/01/2022 22:30

There have been three over the course of the year, taking us from the lowest paid to the highest paid locally. As service bus drivers we are underpaid for what we do but have appreciated this significant raise. I'm not in it for the long haul and am fortunate to still get tax credits otherwise it would still be a huge struggle.

Arsewangry · 11/01/2022 09:33

Absolutely naff all - and I won't get a pay rise now (not even cost of living) unless I get a promotion, and the opportunities for those in my department are rare as rocking horse poop (civil service)

Penners99 · 11/01/2022 09:38

I am a contractor, I have put my rates up 20%. Still fully booked for 2022.

bonetiredwithtwins · 11/01/2022 09:54

12% very unexpected....took me over the higher rate child benefit threshold....lost CB for 3 kids so worked out at 0% 😢

SmithofSilver · 11/01/2022 10:01

I'm self employed so it isn't applicable to me but dh got a payrise of 25% in November.

manseymoo1987 · 11/01/2022 10:14

None, but I move up the pay scale every year which comes to around 5%.

pumpkinpie01 · 11/01/2022 10:16

9.3% , I hadn't had a pay rise for 9 years thou .

ABCDEF1234 · 11/01/2022 10:34

Circa 25% performace related and expecting another one in March (likely to be 3 or 4%)

MrsTophamHat · 11/01/2022 10:41

I thnk it was about 10% for me as I went up the pat scale increment.

I think i'm owed back pay and another increment though as I wasn't moved up the pay scale last year when I was on maternity leave.

Twentypast · 11/01/2022 10:44

No payrise since 2019 and since I'm working for an airline with hardly any flights I'm unlikely to get one until next year minimum.

WhatDidISayAlan · 11/01/2022 10:50

1% - government agency. First one in two years.

Fatgalslim · 11/01/2022 10:52

Fuck all as per usual

Put it in your pension then to take you back under the threshold x
wendz86 · 11/01/2022 11:03

I've had payrise of 8% last year but part of that was due to a promotion and part because i hadn't had a payrise for two years before.

wendz86 · 11/01/2022 11:05

Actually mistake above it's been a 28% payrise!

Marmite27 · 11/01/2022 11:11

3.5%

Biker47 · 11/01/2022 11:28

3.12%

You should have ploughed more into your pension!
Chely · 11/01/2022 11:41

I'm a sahm. DH is stuck on another pay freeze, he has job security and a good pension though.

PattyPan · 11/01/2022 12:13

25% but only because I got promoted. Our standard pay rise cycle is the tax year rather than calendar year and I think we are expecting 2% for that.

jamimmi · 11/01/2022 12:20

Massive 3% best I've had in 10 years. The joys of NHS and bring top of the pay band

Oh yes it was 3% not 1% Grin still ended up worse off each month though.
GalaPie · 11/01/2022 12:35

5%, was due at beginning of April 2022 but was brought forward to 1 January (social care company)
