She must have serious mental health issues she has lost touch with reality a long time ago.
I don’t know how long she has been on the drugs ( her nose is not at Westbrook levels of annihilation), but it’s all so sad. She is a danger to herself and others, she should be sectioned. If things continue as they are, she won’t see old bones.

I can’t understand how going to the priory, but then going out shopping and leaving the country to go to Las Vegas, shows she’s sorry for what she has done.

He did it once and not everyone forgave him quickly, especially not the media. This is her fifth (maybe sixth?) time. She will kill someone one day.

We treat driving like a right and then courts are so reluctant to take that away.

Driving is not a right, it is a privilege extended only to those who can do it responsibly.

If you cannot drive responsibly, you will need to arrange your life in such a way that you can live without driving.
Lots of people manage to run their lives without cars. Why should we prioritise people's lifestyle choices - by saying its essential they get their licence back rapidly - over public safety.

I'm not in favour of prison sentences for non violent offenders so would have been in favour of a year of 7pm -7am electronically tagged curfew at home in this case in addition to community service at least 2 days a week

Yes I'd absolutely like to see her jailed she clearly has no respect for the law and I'd rather she was locked up before she killed someone.

One of my parents was killed by a drunk driver. The injuries were horrific and the death devastated my family. I'm in despair over is. There is no justice. She didn't kill anyone but she could have done. The thought of her being on tv smiling as she's got away with it makes me feel sick.

My Mum at the age of 23 had her life changed forever after a drunk driver hit her car and she was made disabled for the rest of her life. This woman has been caught at least five times and that's the times she's been caught.

Maybe prison would actually get her to stop.

It's only sheer fucking luck she's not killed anyone! She's a ticking time bomb and when she kills someone her I'm sorries will do sweet fuck all to fix it!

Wonderful bond with Harvey my arse. She has used him for publicity all his life because he was never going to grow up to understand that he was just a commodity to her.

Her mum and nannies brought him up while she was here there and everywhere.

The only reason Harvy has stayed with her is because his father was a waste of space who never showed any interest, to the best of our knowledge. And if Harvy hadn’t been disabled there is 0 doubt that he too would be living with his father now.

The only positive thing she has done for Harvy was to place him in a residential college away from her.

Are we really surprised? She knows how to play the game (the system), if it was anyone else, no way would they have got away with this! All the judge has done is make himself look like a prat and show that you can buy yourself out of convictions. She definitely pisses everyone off and the case definitely needs to go back to court! It's an absolute disgrace. She's done the rehab stint, even though she was shopping throughout her stay, told them about her mother and her eldest child and has ticked their boxes. Absolute bollocks! Throw the key away! We all have problems, KP is not exempt!
