I was really angry about it earlier, but it's clear she's on a massive downward spiral. She's obviously an addict, has lost custody of her kids and her career is over.

She's master of her own downfall and doesn't need a Judge to help.

Exactly! Yes it's fab that she advocates for him and that she stepped up in regards to doing the best for him but that's just being a parent.

A good parent doesn't break the law and risk jail once let alone multiple times, sometimes with her children present I believe. Plus let's be honest, she's done it way more often than just the times she's been caught.

She's a parent but I certainly wouldn't say she's a good parent and it's little wonder her children are in their fathers care.

Yes every woman who has residency of her children. Read through local newspapers and you will see it daily, even when they've commited violent and/or robbery, drug dealing offences etc.

There will be the issue of the prison system keeping her safe. The Courts take lots into account.

She is NOT a 'good mum' and I am sick of the bullshit comment saying she is. No good mum would behave like her. Any 'mere mortal' who is not famous like her, would have probably have had our kids taken off us, and be in jail 10 X over by now. She is NOT a good mum. Nor does she has a 'bond' with Harvey. I remember her encouraging Harvey to say ‘fuck’ on camera and then laughing hysterically that he did it. It made me sick when she then did that documentary to show what a caring mother she was.

Appears to me that she has lost custody of her children, by choosing to stay with that new boyfriend of hers.

In a way I think jail would be a kindness and some breathing space away from new boyfriend. He is not someone who gives a shit about her, and in my opinion is probably the person who was arrested a few months back for assault / cc.

It’s not possible to pretend to have a bond with a person like Harvey. Honesty is what they are all about and they’d soon blow you out of the water at the first sign of pretence.
