to hate having to decide what the bin eats every day

I have 3 kids and it drives me nuts having to come up with things to eat that suit everyone for dinner every night. Guaranteed somebody doesn't like it. I feel that the bin is the best fed in our house. DD2 has texture, colour and shape issues with food (if they are "wrong" then it's in the bin) If I get it wrong once then that's the food off the safe list because she doesn't trust it anymore. The other 2 aren't too bad but have phases. I can't remember the last time we had something like a roast dinner where everyone was happy

Sorry if this has already been said (I really don’t ha w time to read the whole thread so hope it’s still ok to respond) but could DD prepare her own evening meals? Even if she she always eats different to everyone else. Even if it’s always snacky/grazy. Even if it is often the same thing time and again , or cold food thst doesn’t require cooking.

Is this an option?

Sounds like she’s eating enough over the rest of the day for it to be worth considering

That sounds awful for you OP, you have my sympathy. I don't have any suggestions to help as you're not really dealing with a "fussy eater" but someone with serious food issues. It's a different game.
The Doctor in the house BBC programme (not the 70's comedy) had an episode where the doc tried to help someone with this. It was an eye-opening but there may be some ideas there.

Tbf there are some posters on here I'd like to offer bugs to and leave them to starve for 6 days with only crickets and maggots to eat. Grin
