I am 66. I am not any aged. Not middle or old or stone. (think about the last one)
I can do anything I ever did apart from jumping down off walls and doing the handstands (don't think my arms would stand the weight of my body)

I can look back and say I hadn't even hit my prime at 26. That happened late 20s/very early 30s.

I suppose if you had a bunch of kids already you may be feeling more tired and worn out? But IME and for others I talk to, the body doesn't really start to slow down until well into your 40s. Unless you've made some really appalling health choices before that. Even then, if you are pretty careful about your health you should be in fine form beyond that.
