To ask what your bedroom looks like?

Currently in the process of redecorating my bedroom and itching for inspiration. Would MN be ever so kind to show me their bedroom so I can pinch ideas be inspired by their room? Thanks

Mine is a small, north-facing room that always looked depressing even when painted white or light blue. After the divorce from my white-wall-loving ex, I decided to turn things around and went for Dulux Volcanic Red walls, which look perfect with a black headboard and white and gold accents. It's cosy and warm (and sexy). It was a cathartic experience too.

Oh wow you all have such beautiful, relaxing bedrooms, I’m so jealous!

Mine isn’t close to anything as nice as these ( looks like the backroom of a charity shop).

I usually stick to light and bright colours but it’s a light room so went for something darker this time.

@TattiePants this is lovely and what I've been imagining for my room. But ours is smaller than yours looks and north facing so worried it might be a bit gloomy. I am definitely going to show your photo to DP!

Been following this with loads of interest since it was started, waiting for a room to jump out at me so thanks @Mistymoors I LOVE your room!

This is my bedroom wallpaper. Charcoal with the branch pattern in metallic silver and birds in metallic rose gold

This is one way, the others are a mid grey. I masked and painted this wall - it was inspired by a brick wall (but more random), but it ended up kind of looking like Lego bricks, which I'm not even mad about as I'm a Lego geek anyway!

All the woodwork is white, and I have a white Venetian blind. Obviously there is furniture in there now - bed with grey fabric headboard, grey bedside tables, a 60s/70s drinks cabinet I rubbed down and spray painted yellow, and a really boring white bookcase that I've yet to do anything exciting with! Oh, and the thing jutting into the top right of the picture is the blade off the ceiling fan.

Tiny lol but has a nice modern industrial bed with yellow and grey wallpaper and bedding. Nothing special but I think yellow and grey go lovely together. Hague blue with copper accents is extremely popular at the moment

I'm glad that I'm not the only one with saddles in their bedroom,but I could be the only one with a toilet cistern! It is going to be installed in the bathroom at some stage.

@stevie77 it's from West Elm, from their Acorn range. The dressing table was an antique shop find.

I love the dark moody colours on some of your walls. The wall behind the bed will eventually be papered once I can make up the mind on which paper to go for. DD1 asked recently if we were ever going to finish our room!

L shaped bedroom.
First part is dressing area with tall wardrobes, chest of drawers rail for coats and shoe racks.
Window overlooking front.
The other part is the sleeping part and has my dressing table at the bottom of the bed. 2 windows 1 to front and other to the side.

Carpeted with grey carpet throughout. Walls painted in two colours
Polished pebble on front and back walls and a mint green on the side ones. Bedding is navy with mint and grey accessories

We moved house this time last year and spent the entire run up Xmas refurbing various rooms. This was my favourite to get finished 🙌🏼
