Come home from school run to someone parked on my private parking.

I've blocked them in as there's nowhere else for me to park and left a note to say I next plan to move my car tomorrow AM.

Cheeky fucker hasn't returned yet.

Ah that clearer , You say they can technically park on your neighbour's drive but wouldnt that cause your neighbour the same issue or are they family / friends ?

I thought she meant they could use the neighbours drive to get out from behind the OPs car?

One question on the diagrams. How do you know the car belongs to a bloke named Dick?

I had one park their car on our private road for 2 weeks. (We are near a major train station and I think they pissed off on holiday). I put signs all over the car saying it had been reported for being abandoned and smeared vaseline under the door handles.
