Come home from school run to someone parked on my private parking.

I've blocked them in as there's nowhere else for me to park and left a note to say I next plan to move my car tomorrow AM.

Cheeky fucker hasn't returned yet.

Can dick get around you by going into neighbours drive?

MattHancocksSexTape · 24/09/2021 16:35

@Theunamedcat

Loving the diagram
Really? It’s fucking tripe.
AlCalavicci · 24/09/2021 16:40

Hands popcorn and sour sweets round

Twickerhun · 24/09/2021 16:43

Ooof a live thread. So is it obvious that they parked on private property?

You are not alone. Fnar.
Stompythedinosaur · 24/09/2021 16:43

I think the diagram is great.

I hope they are furious!

Allmyarseandpeggymartin · 24/09/2021 16:44

Yay! Shameless placemark

rslsys · 24/09/2021 16:44

Perhaps we should have a fleet (flock?) of Mumsnet Drones stationed throughout the land. When a parking situation occurs one could be despatched to take a live snapshot of the scene from above! Better still we could have a live feed of the CF returning to the scene of the outrage!

Threearm · 24/09/2021 16:45

Better diagram.

Technically yes they can use neighbour's drive but they are due home from work shortly so they have a small window of opportunity left.

Frustratingly it is DS's birthday tomorrow and one of 3 days a year I will actually need my full drive. I have two elderly blue badge holders coming so I (and dick) need to be off the drive tomorrow early

How exciting! No one ever parks in my spot except me. Sad

waybill · 24/09/2021 16:46

That diagram is a winner Grin

IveGotASongThatllGetOnYNerves · 24/09/2021 16:46

If you make sure you're almost on his bumper he won't have room to wiggle out.

pinkyredrose · 24/09/2021 16:47

Bit rude 16:30BruceAndNosh

Hope they come back soon OP!

girlmom21 · 24/09/2021 16:48

Is your neighbours drive/parking space full? Are you sure there's no way they can manoeuvre out? That'd be disappointing.

imonlyhooman · 24/09/2021 16:48

Shamelessly placemarking!

0palescent · 24/09/2021 16:49

I swear to god I'd watch a TV show purely made up of parking CFers. Much better second diagram, OP! I hope they don't get out before your neighbour gets home 🤞

FeralWoman · 24/09/2021 16:51

It's nearly 2am in Australia but I'm here for this thread!

GemmaRuby · 24/09/2021 16:51

Ooh how exciting! I hope you have net curtains OP, I’m imagining you twitching them.

AlCalavicci · 24/09/2021 16:52

Ah that clearer ,
You say they can technically park on your neighbour's drive but wouldnt that cause your neighbour the same issue or are they family / friends ?

Threearm · 24/09/2021 16:52

@girlmom21 they are due home any minute so will be fully blocked!

@GemmaRuby I'm observing through the ring cam
