To ask for name ideas for kitten.

Male kitten arrived yesterday. Not entirely anticipated as he has a disability (congenital absence of left back paw) that meant his planned home fell through.

He is very tiny, shy, loves his food.

We would like a “proper” name. Short.

Seamus, Rory and Wilbur are in contention. We can’t agree.

Ideas very much appreciated.

I hate to say this because for a very long time I wanted to call a cat Pushkin but apparently it is a very common name for a cat. So is Kathmandu which I had thought was very original.

Do you really want to be calling that at the vets or in the garden at night? Just think what the neighbours would say!

Just kidding. But I still really like Nemo.

I have a bias towards Nemo - here's our ginger Nemo being "washed" by his best mate Hobbes. We found Nemo as an abandoned kitten in a hedge last year. He's been the best cat ever with a lovely easy going personality.
