To ask for name ideas for kitten.

Male kitten arrived yesterday. Not entirely anticipated as he has a disability (congenital absence of left back paw) that meant his planned home fell through.

He is very tiny, shy, loves his food.

We would like a “proper” name. Short.

Seamus, Rory and Wilbur are in contention. We can’t agree.

Ideas very much appreciated.

What about Poca or Tez?

Some lovely suggestions. Thank you. I’ve had a very tough couple of months (my DM died in July and I’ve really struggled with that loss), so getting “kitten” unexpectedly and having everyone here be so nice about him has been a real boost.

I’ll let you know what we decide.

Loki. The Marvel Loki is dark haired but traditionally the Norse myth Loki is a redhead.

My tabby kitten has spotted markings on his tummy and so he is called Muldoon (from the Peter Cook song with the line 'Spotty Muldoon, Spotty Muldoon, he's got spots where others have not.).

We used to have a ginger cat we called Robertson (after the marmalade). It was usually shortened to Robbie.

My sister in law had a three legged cat they named Tripod.
