No loo roll in bathroom. I asked dh , any loo roll and how has he managed all day without any? He sais " Ive not been" .. i said what you have not had a wee all day.. ? To which he replied men shake ,they dont use loo roll .i cannot believe that have never noticed this.! Thought they would at least pat it a bit with some loo roll. No more spontanous for me for now. 🤣

Men who shake but have no aim so it leaves drips on seat and they don't wipe it 😡

Sparklingbrook · 07/09/2021 20:22

@Geamhradh

Yack. What sort of hotels have toilets sat in the middle of the bedroom? Tents?

Sparks- get a grip woman! If you're crying and shaking at willies, what are you going to do if someone rings your doorbell!

Grin

I've had my front door bricked up. MN rules-not going to answer it why have one?

Brollypackedforscottishholiday · 07/09/2021 20:24

My dh wipes...

Nanasueathome · 07/09/2021 20:25

@DedalusBloom

What a time to be alive.
👍
YanTanTethera123 · 07/09/2021 20:25

Great. They shake and there’s spots of wee up the wall? 🤢

burritofan · 07/09/2021 20:26

Of course they use loo roll, what else is the penis-shaped hole in the centre for?

GreyhoundG1rl · 07/09/2021 20:26

No, it will not go down in Classics. It's utterly ridiculous.

MolyHolyGuacamole · 07/09/2021 20:26

@MiseryFire

DH is a patter. First man I met who is though.
Intrigued, do you sit and watch him while he goes?
EmbarrassingAdmissions · 07/09/2021 20:27

@DameCelia

Yuk My husband always does. Prevents clothes smelling of stale wee.
^^ This.

OP have you never noticed the telltale wet spots or the malodour of those who don't?

latte101 · 07/09/2021 20:27

My DH uses loo roll after a wee 🤷🏼‍♀️

Sparklingbrook · 07/09/2021 20:28

Mmmm. No thanks, it would put me right off my breakfast in bed.

Fairweatherahead · 07/09/2021 20:28

I know it is non of my buisness if my dh shakes or pats. However, I would like to know for my bathrooms sake.

MolyHolyGuacamole · 07/09/2021 20:28

DH definitely does and so does DS. They also don't use urinals, they wait and use a cubicle precisely so that they have loo roll available.

Unless your DS is 5 and under, I have no idea how you could possibly know what he does in there

And same with your DH really, or do you discuss it every night over dinner?

viques · 07/09/2021 20:29

@DressBitch

I don't think you can nominate yourself for classics...
Or if you do you find a better topic.
upaladderagain · 07/09/2021 20:29

DH is a dabber, he taught DS who is now teaching DGS.
Although until I met DH I had never given it a thought, but it's obviously more hygienic.

Sparklybanana · 07/09/2021 20:30

It's gross. I don't understand why having a wet patch of wee in your pants is a pleasant experience. Men mostly also don't wash hands after weeing which, considering they might lift the toilet seat and definitely touch their sweaty, leaky penises, is really gross. Yet most women wash their hands? The worst we do is touch toilet paper? Comparatively a much cleaner process!

GertrudePerkinsPaperyThing · 07/09/2021 20:30

Hygienic men do! It’s a bit grim that so many don’t. My exh didn’t, and sadly Ds seems determined to go the same way.

Etsylicious · 07/09/2021 20:30

I vote it for Classics!!

(Not really but feel a bit bad for OP)

I wouldn't mind if there was a blind!
Elderflower14 · 07/09/2021 20:30

Why would this go in Classics??? 🙄 🙄 🙄 🙄

Confused this is the most horrific thing in this thread. Imagine watching your partner have a poo
Sparklingbrook · 07/09/2021 20:32

I wouldn't mind if there was a blind!

Noises though. Sad

lawofdistraction · 07/09/2021 20:33

My DH sits down to wee and wipes, so I think I win the thread?

Definitely not one for classics

Mummyoflittledragon · 07/09/2021 20:33

Dh normally drys himself. If he doesn’t, he gets a dot of wee on his boxers. He doesn’t shake.

WeAllHaveWings · 07/09/2021 20:34

Ds(17) wipes, he very occasionally forgets to flush (if he pees before a shower and forgets to flush after) and will be a single sheet of toilet roll folded twice into a little square in the loo which I assume he uses to dab any drips.

No idea about dh, but I don't notice any evidence of shaking.
