Lil boys wearing tights

Frequently my lil dude is freezing! Why is it ok for lil girls to wear tights and not lil boys? They are not so differenet at this stage, why do they not deserve the equal right to be warm and comfortable? Any thoughts please?

often with shorts he particularly liked so not even hidden.

Thank you all so much! Have ordered cars for DS and plan to visit Primark, Tesco etc this weekend in an attempt to stock up and avoid my lil one being freezing because of the way I think! Many thanks and may I wish you all a very snug ( regardless of gender) and cosy winter!

Thermal long johns from M&S are also great! ANd it if it's good enough for skiers...

When it's really cold I put tights under my dd's trousers and would do the same if I had a boy. In fact if this baby is a boy he will probably be wearing pink and sparkly tights under his trousers cos I'm not going to buy new ones just to put under trousers!
