To be surprised that the mcpartlin wedding isn't being discussed on mn?

Im more Team Lisa than Team Ant but not particularly either. Id thought thered be loads on mn about the wedding celebrations. Just wondering aloud really.

Let’s not forget that these two also had an affair. Love how that’s been covered up by the media. I wonder if say, Matt Hancock decided to marry that woman who he was caught with on CCTV if he’d get such gushy coverage? I think we all know the answer to that don’t we!

As for her kids calling him ‘Dad’. Disgraceful when they already fucking have one!

He joked about the fact he’s an alcoholic in his speech. It isn’t very funny so crass to crack a joke about it really, he could have killed a family when he drunk drove and crashed. I think the public forgave it far too quickly. Her kids shouldn’t be calling him Dad either, he’s been around for 2 minutes and their actual Dad is still alive and on the scene. Disrespectful.

I’m not a massive fan of Ant and Dec. I liked them a lot as a child, used to love watching SMTV live on a Saturday morning and I liked pop idol too. Haven’t watched anything they’ve presented for about 15 years. Feel sorry for his ex wife.

The woman with David Walliams is Keeley Hazell, a former page three girl. God knows how he manages to pull such attractive women? He makes me feel sick.
I don’t know how he does it either. Must be his ‘humour’.

Yeah, you are right. Because we can't just turn him off and forget. God forbid he try and get some life back. How do any of us know how he feels about his behaviour before he got clean? Who's to say Lisa was innocent? Who's to say any of us have any right to judge when we are far from perfect? He made mistakes, she made mistakes. They both seemed to have moved on and got better for it. Jesus. Keyboard warriors at their best here

Would you be so quick to say 'don't judge' and refer to drink driving as a 'mistake' if we were talking about Dave from Grimsby rather than a celeb? People who drive drunk and put others at risk deserve judgement and it should impact thier career if they are in the public eye IMHO.

Everyone who works with Lisa seems to really like her. She’s the head make up artist at Strictly and all the professional dancers and crew appear to adore her. She and Ant had been together since they were teenagers and the relationship had probably run it’s course but that doesn’t excuse the fact she’s been treated like shit by him and his management of who have dragged her name through the mud in the press.

I thought it looked like a lovely wedding. The bride was beautiful and her dress was gorgeous, the flowers were very pretty too. Couples should have the wedding they want, not what other people think is appropriate for a second wedding.

No one knows what went on in Ant and Lisa’s marriage. I suspect that they were both suffering after years of infertility and that alcohol was a big feature of their lives. Who knows how they really behaved in the split? They have both walked away wealthier than when they wed and will probably be happier apart than they were together.

Ant’s drunk driving was hopefully a low point in his life. If he has really turned himself around now and is getting the right help and support that’s great. If he does it again I think his career would be over, and rightly so.

I’m no fan of their TV shows etc but I can’t say that I wish him and his wife anything other than a very happy future together.

Evidence of what? Lisa being a decent person? Just look at her social media. Her colleagues and staff genuinely seem to like her. But if you want to believe the James Grant Talent Agency bullshit then more fool you. I see their other client Schofield was also at the wedding with his estranged wife, I wonder when the press will start reporting on his attractive to very young, barely legal men?
