Oh no, white enough.

The veil might be a bit longer and a tiara won't hurt. but, yes, good choice.

Fizzbangwallop · 25/07/2021 20:32

I think it’s perfect. You should wear a crown of flowers like Carrie Symonds did to make sure everyone knows it’s summertime.

Averyyounggrandmaofsix · 25/07/2021 20:37

I'm sorry I don't like the veil and bare head. Does your family not have a tiara you could wear? Failing that Claire's Assesories has a classy selection.

Guavafish · 25/07/2021 20:38

Not white enough

TheCaddieisaBaddie · 25/07/2021 20:40

It will depend on the underwear tbh, it's a little tight in places so I'd suggest wearing a garter underneath - just to be on the safe side

viques · 25/07/2021 20:41

I think it’s lovely, and the best thing is you will be able to wear it to loads more events without anyone thinking “Blimey, she look overdressed for a bbq/ parents evening/ christening/ park run/ girls lunch/ supermarket shop/mil funeral.”

BobbidyBob · 25/07/2021 20:43

Could only be improved by something with a deeper neckline. To navel, perhaps? Don’t forget the tit tape.

Fruityfriday · 25/07/2021 20:45

Its far too casual

Thelnebriati · 25/07/2021 20:47

Its ok but print ''I had him first'' across the tits in bright pink letters.

CatOfTheLand · 25/07/2021 20:48

It's a bit plain so I'd accessorise with some blingy jewellery. Maybe something large and diamond-like on your left hand?

Chunkymenrock · 25/07/2021 20:50

What? It IS a wedding dress. So totally inappropriate.

Congressdingo · 25/07/2021 20:50

@SpindleWhorl

Can you turn up on the arm of a Looky-Likey? I'd suggest George Clooney in morning suit but at a push you could settle for Thomasz Schafernaker in his best waistcoat.
Ooh I would definitely ask Schafernaker to accompany you. He has a natty line in waistcoats. I think some kind of headwear maybe a rhinestone base ball cap? Would go well with the converse I mean I love a good tiara but they are surely passe now.
TheTallOakTrees · 25/07/2021 20:51

I would assume you were the bride!

No way, totally inappropriate for a guest to attempt to wear a bridal type gown - it is supposed to be a day for the bride and groom

CatOfTheLand · 25/07/2021 20:51

Or if you're set on wearing white with a red colour pop, this is nice:

Houseofvelour · 25/07/2021 20:51

I'd wear it with a small tiara and some dangly diamond earrings

HoliHormonalTigerlilly · 25/07/2021 20:53

@TrixieThunder

It’s okay but a bit ‘meh’. I think something like this would be more appropriate if I’m honest.
That is stunning.

Lorddenning1 · 25/07/2021 20:58

@HoliHormonalTigerlilly you must be taking the piss OP

Really? Not getting that vibe at all to be honest.

I think it’s lovely OP, but why not add something blue as your ‘pop of colour?’

SecretKeeper1 · 25/07/2021 21:03

Can’t believe how many posters are saying it’s inappropriate. What is WRONG with people? Don’t listen to them OP, it’s perfect!

BunnytheFriendlyDragon · 25/07/2021 21:03

With red shoes it'll be obvious youre not the bride ffs people are too sensitive

Wear it YANBU

A good second choice, with lots of pockets to stash sausage rolls and other buffet foods in for later.
maggiecate · 25/07/2021 21:07

Why not delight them with a flashmob singalong?
