Random car parked on my drive!

dh has just come back from work and parked across the road. I asked why he hasn't parked on our driveway and he said he thought we had visitors.
I've gone out and there's a random car on our driveway! Knocked on neighbours door but they don't know who's it is. (They are really nice and we get on with them so they would have told them to move if it was anything to do with them).
AIBU to move the car and block them in?

If they've got any sense, they'll stick a note through your door with an apology and a mobile number, saying they'll move the car whenever you call, but they didn't want to disturb you so late.

But then, if they had any sense, they wouldn't be in this mess!

They were stupid not to knock when they first realised their mistake. It would have been fucking awkward but they could have apologised profusely and then moved the car. Now they've left it till after midnight, it is really too late to knock. They need to wait until the morning, and hope like hell that you go out so that they don't have to face you!

Knock on the door, DH goes to the door in the hazmat suit, it was the police. I've snuck into the kitchen to update! I'm going to go rescue him... Will let you all know what happens.

I think this sort of thing is going to happen more and more, with all the dropped kerbs. Round the corner from me, they recently cut into the pavement, due to issues with the bus getting past the parked cars and left only 5 parking spaces, now a new resident has had their front garden turned into a drive which will take up two of those spaces, although the kerb hasn't been dropped yet
