There's a youtube vid where the players are getting suited up. Hairband is putting on his dress shoes and makes a comment "I cant be arsed to go down" meaning lean down to get his shoes on.

Some on the comments put "Not like on the pitch then."

Made me chuckle.

Ooh, Grealish. He has such a weird skip down the field and that ridiculous headband, but he does resemble my slightly gawky DH, so that's probably why.

My youngest son plays for our local premier team in their development pathway…recently promoted birds! Anyway they are likely to get a chance to be mascots this season Covid permitting and I’ve instructed him to choose the Villa game just so I can look at Grealish! And yes I’m old enough to be his mother but I don’t care. He seems so genuine and down to earth. His sister has CP and his brother died when he was a baby.

I've seen Grealish in the flesh a fair few times. He really doesn't do it for me, he looks a bit greasy.
