To ask when you had your first French kiss?

I was chatting to my friends earlier and some surprised me as they couldn't even remember!
Mine was when I was 15 with another boy my age but not from my old school.

With a boy the same age at around 12 or 13, appropriately in the Luxembourg Gardens in Paris; l liked it.

At 14 or so, with a couple of other girls, we used to call it “kissing practice” allegedly to make us good kissers for the boys. Looking back, l have a different take on it now. 😉

On a school residential to France aged 14. His name was Rob and he was the same age. He was from a school in Manchester staying in the same hotel as my school and we did the same activities. I was obsessed with his accent Grin

He kissed me on a bench in the gardens across the road from the hotel. It was OK but I found it absolutely thrilling when he grabbed my hand and held it as we walked around. We had about 3 days of glorious hand holding before the trip ended.

We wrote and had a few phone calls for a while then it fizzled out sadly. I have a photo of us together which is really sweet and makes me smile.

I was 16, in a nightclub in Newquay. He asked me to go back to his hotel with him and I said no, turned out he was 22 and was horrified I was only 16. I didn't tell him he was my first kiss!! Don't regret it at all though!

  1. On a 1st date, boyfriend (aged 16) kissing me goodbye at end of our date (In public. In broad daylight too! ) I wasn't expecting his big tongue (Or any tongue). Not pleasant. It was too much, too soon. This has brought back that vivid memory. I wonder what happened to him since.....

14, at a gig with an older boy (man?) I had met online. Blush he was at university and I think he was at least 20! That sounds awful and it was pretty dodgy from his perspective I guess, but didn't go any further and I soon lost touch with him.

I remember thinking at the time that everyone I knew had been snogging boys for ages and the rest, so interesting to see from this thread that that was not the case. Not surprising now I think about it, though.

Bleurhh! I was at a 13th birthday party and it was the older brother of a school friend whose name I thought I could remember but seem to have erased from my memory. All I can remember is he stank of garlic and 'Sealed with a Kiss' by Jason Donovan was playing. Hideous!

On the pub steps after a karaoke night when I was 15. He literally stuck his tongue in and out of my mouth we lasted five days after it.
He is married with two kids now. I was his first too his wife is aware of our previous "romance" 🤣

@smersh84 - Because of Dad’s job, l was brought up in Paris. So all my “firsts” were in France. Including my first soixante neuf!

I think the “practice” attitude was more relaxed there too.
