I HATE my wedding dress

I'm getting married next month, my dress has arrived and I hate it. I need to find a new one and fast. Please help?

I have toyed with the idea of non-white dresses, at this rate I'm open to anything. Ideally wanted a midi length pale dress that doesn't look like a bridesmaid dress (The one I have bought is blush and floaty and bridesmaidy). :( :(

Not easy to deal with in a rush though, i'm guessing? I might be completely out of the loop.

Needle & Thread do some lovely bridal styles in champagne.
These are gorgeous! And definitely the statement a bride needs on her big day. There has to be something here to suit you @xela21 ?

I vote for the Ghost dress! but I tried one on years ago pre-kids and yes found it a tad clingy over the tummy area. but might be worth a punt with the right underwear?

I LOVE the Ghost dress, it is really fabulous and glam! It would be my top choice out of everything posted on the thread.
Of the 3 links you posted I would say a definite yes to number 3, it's beautiful looking, number 2 is lovely too but I'm not too keen on the first one, it lacks any kind of wow factor for me.

Shoe wise, would you go a coloured shoe? If you went with the silver ghost dress a gorgeous blue pair would pop, think royal blue/teal/peacock blue, and they could be your something blue too.
I got married in a gold dress and had berry shoes, bridaled it up with a diamante belt and head piece, loved it.

I think champage/gold is definitely the answer, I'm slightly less insistent on the midi length now though (what colour shoes would you pair with a pale gold dress?)

The Ghost one in ivory looks amazing. Most white wedding dresses are actually ivory or cream, because those colours go with most skin tones, unlike pure white (given you're thinking of gold I assume ivory will suit you too). I'd highly recommend ivory you'll feel so special and this particular dress in the picture looks simple but beautiful.

It’s a few pages back but you were looking at an everpretty dress from Amazon. Justo today I’ve had some great dresses from there for work things, but I’d avoid anything with lace, the finishing on their lace really lets them down. Everything else has been pretty good though.

I've got 3 Ghost dresses. one mid length, one halter neck evening dress and one full length I was as a bridesmaid and which is quite shiny. I'm very curvy and was probably a size 14 when I wore it. I have to say it looked lovely, even standing next to the bride - who was also in Ghost but size 8/10. I love Ghost and think they flatter most shapes.

John Lewis and Whistles have some nice ones in creamy tones if white is too much for you. Whistles also have some bridal jumpsuits if you didn’t want to be too traditional.

The Ghost dress is gorgeous, I think you owe it to the occasion to wear a special frock (if you can afford it obvs). This elegant simple dress with a gorgeous bouquet would be wonderful. Can you get to one of their branches to try it on? Most of the department stores that used to have bridal departments that I can think of have closed down now (sniff).
