To ask if this hair colour is blonde or brunette?

My hair colour is dark blonde or light brown ("mousey brown"). I don't particularly like it but I think it's what suits me best.

I have always referred to it as being brown/brunette. However, my colleagues were discussing hair colour and all agreed that they would refer to me as being blonde. I know it's an ambiguous colour but I'm curious, would you say this hair colour is blonde or brunette?

I know what you mean. It’s a nice base colour but could do with some colour to liven it up. I’ve been a dyed red head in the past.

I’ll probably get some bleach blonde highlights put in at some point, but at the minute I’m enjoying the condition and low maintenance.

No I don’t understand this either. If you want to know what colour your hair is post a pic of your hair, not someone else’s.

Definitely brunette, not even close to dark blonde. Lovely colour!

Nobody can say what colour your hair is if you post reference photos of a completely different person.

Brown not blonde

It’s about the same colour as mine, which is a mid-brown, with blonde highlights.

Brunette

I would say dark blonde.

I’d say dark blonde or bronde, but that’s because brunette to me is someone who has this shade of brown hair (just my opinion though)

Another one here saying bronde. Am bronde myself.
