I watched the programme, I think it really is a worthwhile discussion to expose the reality of what these influencers really do look like and what they have done to their faces and the hypocrisy of what they are 'selling' to earn a living, in her case it is totally extreme.
That being said, it was not a good production and I think the title is particularly unpleasant. The narrator was awful, referring to her as 'rubber lips Charlotte' and something else demeaning that I can't recall, totally unnecessary.
The rest of the programme was informative, the cosmetic surgeons were all very measured and articulate, in how they explained what work she had done and explaining why the work she had done has made her look so awful, they didn't touch on mental health aspects of it nor the massive desire for attention and celebrity, (for doing nothing)
The person commenting on Sly Stallones cosmetic procedures made me laugh, she had more plastic surgery than Sly and his mother put together, she was ridiculous looking with huge filled cheeks and lips, so ironic. I really don't know how the producers could have used her, without commenting on HER awful cosmetic surgery.
Hopefully, there will be more educational programmes in a similar vein, but not the way C5 did it. This ridiculous form of vaucous celebrity needs to exposed for what it is.
