Is there anything that really shouldn't make you annoyed or that you hate but don't know why? I'll start, I hate those long coats that look like sleeping bags! I know its ridiculous to be annoyed by a coat, but... also people who talk into their phones but don't hold them to their ear. Aaaargh.

@CounsellorTroi

I'm another one who is annoyed by people out in skimpy summer clothing the second there is a hint of warmth in the early spring sunshine. And as for people sunbathing on the beaches in swimwear in April, words fail me. It's spring folks, not summer.
Ditto the women teetering along, towering heels and short strappy dresses, 11.30 pm, freezing cold and arms crossed to support their boobs! I used to collect my daughter from her bar job around 11.30, it was really quite entertaining to watch them!

People who let their kids stand in shopping trolleys - they've been wandering around getting god knows what germs on their feet, and you are letting them stand where you, and more importantly other people are going to put their food. If they're too old for the baby seat, they're old enough to bloody walk.

My sister calling me from Canada on WhatsApp and proceeding to go about her hectic life. I always say to call me when she can sit down and chat properly but she never does. I have to put up with hearing her drink and swallow (I always take my earphones out when she does it or shopping where she will.seamlessly switch between speaking to me to shouting her dp to fetch something. But the worst is when she is working and I can hear her speaking to colleagues and customers. It drives me bonkers.

Another thing I hate are pictures of 2 guys smiling into the camera vacantly while pointing at each other (I don't think I have seen females doing this).
Oh and when someone (famous usually but seen this in RL) posts a rant someone will wankily respond with "She said what she said..."and occasionally finish it with this emoji 💅. Hmm

.People that eat loudly
. Drivers that cut lanes and don't indicate
. Drunk people (nasty ones)

. People that leave toilets a mess!!! This annoys me the most, leaving skids and tissue everywhere 😤

People who email me work stuff over the weekend and expect an imminent reply. Just because I'm working from home does not mean I work constantly?! I do my regular 5 days a week 9-5 like I would in the office.

Giggorata · 24/04/2021 02:58

Rap - it's like being continually and loudly harangued by someone and makes me tense and annoyed.

People blowing raspberries, makes me want to vomit. Or hit them.

@petalblossom

When a driver slows down to let you cross the road when it would be easier to just drive past and let you cross after. I appreciate they may be being courteous and aware of pedestrians which is obviously good, but I always feel awkward and just want to cross in my own time.
This made me lol as this is so true 🤣🤣🤣

Furbaby. Very loving meaning but it's so cringey to me

Rosewood017 · 24/04/2021 07:12

When people tell a ranty story and say 'then she turned around and said to me..'

My ex used to do this constantly until I asked if the woman in question had her back to him for the whole time prior. He was so offended that I would turn around and say this to him.

Justcashnosweets · 24/04/2021 07:58

The television on a high volume.
Eyelashes on cars.
'Little Prince' or 'Little Princess on board' signs on cars.
Inspirational quotes give me the rage.

Rupertbeartrousers · 24/04/2021 08:00

The phrase “shits and giggles” I don’t understand it and it irks me.

StylishDuck · 24/04/2021 08:06

Made up words that have made their way into normal conversation, especially in parliament. For example: Brexit and staycation.

TooManyButtons · 24/04/2021 08:36

Jamiroquai.

Maireas · 24/04/2021 08:38

Peloton adverts

Rupertbeartrousers · 24/04/2021 08:53

Oh and kids sniffing instead of blowing their nose, this would be reason alone never to consider teaching

When you go into a shop to buy something specific and you get a shop assistant telling you to get something else because it's more expensive and they don't listen no matter how much you say you don't want that. It's obvious they're on commission.
