Absolutely not! I've never got physical with them at all. Are you ok OP are you having a tough time?

FlibbertyGiblets · 18/03/2021 19:15

Are you safe?

SmileyClare · 18/03/2021 19:15

I think you need to give more details if you want advice.

Were you were defending yourself because your teenager was violent for example? I would think something was seriously amiss if you pushed a teen over in anger and you'd benefit from advice in handling your child's and your own behaviour better. I appreciate it can be very challenging to parent teens.

zeitgeista · 18/03/2021 19:15

i am safe, thank you.

Bunnybigears · 18/03/2021 19:17

No I couldn't, he's 13 and 6 foot tall but I wouldn't anyway because you don't put your hands on another human being in anger.

SmileyClare · 18/03/2021 19:18

You don't have a teen? What's the point of this thread? Unless you're wanting advice for a friend or family member or are referring to your own experience, this is completely pointless. Confused

Bluetrews25 · 18/03/2021 19:19

Why are you asking this, OP?
Does someone with you think this is reasonable, or has had it done to them when younger?

zeitgeista · 18/03/2021 19:19

the teen was not being aggressive at all, they had an argument the previous night with the person who pushed them, but hadn't been rude that day at all.

OP posts:
BIWI · 18/03/2021 19:21

Look, OP, spit it out. What's your issue? What's going on - and, more importantly, how can we help?

Being so vague like this isn't really helpful.
