To ask what you eat for lunch

I need some inspiration as I eat the same boring sandwiches every day and always fill up on crisps, biscuits and chocolate alongside it which is making me pile on the pounds. Any ideas welcomed

Roasted curried cauliflower with halloumi here. Odd combination (cooking mistake!) but it was lovely.

I make a big pot of soup on Sunday evenings tgst fies enough for 3 or 4 lunches. Usually veg and lentils/beans. I have this with crackers/babybel light if I’m at home. Alternatively I’ll have an omelette; bag of beany uncle Ben’s rice; leftovers; poached/scrambled eggs; salad with tuna/cheese/egg etc . Those frozen jacket spuds you can get are not bad if you only want to cook one.

I’m out for work about twice a week. I’ll usually take a sandwich, as I am usually driving between sites!
