Here’s breakfast.

Avocado and tomato on toast with a side of veggie pastrami. I forgot I was going to photograph it for this thread and ate half the toast. Hence the strange picture!

Bumping with my dinner this evening.
Halloumi and veg tagine with taramasalata and hummous.

I made a tuna melt - but mine are never as good as the ones from the stall in the park, I think probably a bit too healthy.
I dread to think about the amount of butter/cheese/mayo that go into the ones in the park, but they are amazing.
Mine was fine - but a bit dry in comparison!

Quorn meatballs with an attempt at a Swedish gravy. And chips and peas of course.

Indonesian chicken curry with rice, green veggies and an Asian coleslaw.

Upsetting day as boiler playing up. We have a contract with British Gas to mend and service boiler. Many hours on phone to try and get BG to take responsibility, of said boiler having problems and emails demanding money with a potential of £1,000 bill. They seem reluctant to pay.

After that dinner was sausages in onion gravy, mash and broccoli plus some wine. So nice. (Mash has to have cheese added). Bit of cake afterwards.

DS cooked as DH and I both had our vaccine today and I felt super tired.

No photo but he made a chicken Pad Thai sort of dish.
