Tonight's dinner! What's yours?

@FamilyOfAliens I love that tea, one of my favourites at the moments. No photo but I had sausage and fennel pasta from simple cook, nice enough but too much kale

Bit of a cheat as tonight I'm just picking from the fridge.
These are chilli bean tacos from last week.

Dinner tonight was sweet chili chicken salad. The salad had romaine, iceberg and spinach, sweetcorn, peppers, red onion and some boiled potatoes with a sweet chili dressing. Ginger and dark chocolate muffins for pud.

I'm defrosting tomorrow's dinner which is chicken in white wine and mushroom sauce, going to serve with mash and maybe garlic bread. Creme brulee for pud.

It's one of those use up all the odds and sods weeks!

On a diet

This is the photo from hello fresh. It was aubergine and courgette linguine. Very nice too.

Green mac n cheese. Except it's not as green as it's supposed to be as I forgot to buy spinach. It's peas, broccoli and leeks. A salad on the side with apples and dressing of olive oil, lemon and pomegranate molasses.

I didnt take a photo but we had duck breaats (which shrank to minuscule proportions) in orange and brandy sauce. Cabbage, mash and carrots.
DH had cod instead.

Fish paella but already gone, and a Bonne Maman yoghurt.

Ooo what's in your stuffed veg? I'm trying to eat basically veg but getting bored with just ovened courgette and pepper, and I say ovened and not roasted as there is no oil.

@thisisyourwakeupcall thats uncooked. But its lamb, tomatoes, tomato puree and herbs and spices. This one was boiled. But can be put in the oven. Takes ages though

Can do with minced chicken too. That was minced lamb. Oh yes onion and garlic too

Ham hocks from the butchers, they were lovely. The roasties were done in garlic.

We had tomato soup with cheese on toast! Love getting ideas off everyone!!

Last week i did a stuffed turkwy with rice chickpeas and spices. Was very nice. Moist not dry
