I feel like I should have taken a picture of last night’s oven chips, fish fingers and beans for balance to all the amazing food on this thread!

😏. All that was needed was a slice of white bread and that would have been perfect!

Didn't photograph mine but was tuna salad and herby potatoes, tonight is home made pizza (if asda actually has any ready to roll pizza dough this time that is). I love threads like this, always use them to get my inspo ahaha

Also i say 'homemade pizza' but by that i mean we use premade dough but just a d-i-y job on the cheese and toppings hahaha

@userxx haha tell me about it! Its my version of a roast, the rest of the family members had Yorkshires, carrots, lots of tatties and some stuffing. I couldn't fit it all in my meal allowance. That was a side plate btw

One of the lovely ladies at work gave me some minced lamb and some panner. God I love paneer.

I love paneer too! What is that dish in the photo? I usually make mattar paneer at home and have paneer shashlik if I’m in a restaurant or having a takeaway.

Chicken taco boats with salad and wedges made by 16 year old DS2 was lovely

Chicken soup (will also have peas in it) with a glass of wine and the MN staple - crusty bread with 'lashings of butter'.

It looks much nicer than that irl, my camera's shite.

I have already eaten my dinner but this was the last one I took a pic of.

Egg fried rice with crispy sweet chilli belly pork, mixed veg and minced pork and water chestnuts steamed in cabbage.

Today we had pork marinated in soy and lime juice stir fried with green beans, red peppers and onions with noodles and a small green salad on the side.

I get the Mindful Chef boxes so 4 nights a week I can have fresh healthy meals without having to think about it. Tonight's one is five spice chicken. It's gorgeous!

takemetomars they look like Phoenix claws for sure. My brother tested his daughters boyfriends by offering them Chickens feet.

We had teriyaki chicken, rice, and green veg tonight, the DC enjoyed it too. I want to get a rice moulder (or big ramekin??) to pretty up my rice for next time now though 😊

We have reason to celebrate tonight so homemade Greek platter, excited to go to a Greek restaurant again soon!

Thai chicken massaman curry

Not the most photogenic dinner in the world but Shepherd's Pie, made with the leftover shoulder of lamb from Sunday, grean beans in herb, garlic and tomato sauce, peas and gravy.

Tonight was a chicken, broccoli, carrot, pea, pepper, onion and corn stir fry with a sweet chili sauce. Served with Orzo as we have a massive bag that needs using up! I may have slipped with the chili flakes and now can't feel my tongue
