To ask your VERY early pregnancy symptoms

Hi all,
New to mumsnet! I am currently 6-7DPO.

I have been feeling SUPER 'heavy' in my lower stomach all day, feels like AF is on the way at any given moment! Lots of light / dull cramps / fluttery feelings in my stomach too.
I've been SO TIRED it's unreal; I could barely keep my eyes open today.

Can I ask what early signs you guys had when you got pregnant?

Very strong sense of smell and sore boobs. Nothing else until I was about 7 weeks.

I had none at all, i only took a test because my basal body temp hadn't nosedived. It was a few weeks before the symptoms such as achey uterus started!

Burping a lot and a manky taste in my mouth. I had this for about a week before my period was due with both pregnancies.

The only thing I had in the first 8 weeks or so was heartburn, from very early days, which I never had had before. Then crippling sickness from week 9 which is still going strong at week 37 lol

Very sensitive nipples, nearly killed DH for walking past me and accidentally brushing up against them

Feeling completely exhausted!

Very sore boobs when getting up out of bed. Would have to hold them and brace myself each time 😅

Really bad pms and feeling like my period was about to start any minute. Also with my first I had a few dizzy/lightheaded moments

Early on I remember being really hungry both times. First time I was in Bangkok and I had lunch and then not long after went to get a sandwich. Also a bit light headed a week before taking my test when I was hungry. With this one I remember making a massive sandwich at about 8.30 in the morning, throwing loads of Brie and salad on it and then Tabasco all over it. I never do that and actually stopped what I was doing as it suddenly seemed really weird, and I thought “I bet I’m pregnant”. It was delicious though. Took a test later that day and got a string positive. Few weeks after that went right off Tabasco, and can only just about eat it again now at 17 weeks.

First pregnancy
Implantation bleed (tiny amount of blood in cm the week before my period was due)
Visible low down bloating

Second pregnancy
Breasts looked bigger like a couple of cups bigger

Third pregnancy
Super sence of smell
bloating again
right sided cramps for a week before my period was due that came to nothing, normaly get cramps a few hours before period starts so big sign for me.

Heartburn and burping.

Fist time round, I kept getting quite sharp pains in my stomach, turns out they were growing pains. And very moody, hated everyone. Second time I was really emotional, little things made me cry.

A metallic taste in my mouth right around when implantation would have occurred. Strangely enough, I get a similar taste in my mouth now baby is here when I get a letdown when feeding her!

Unpleasant tingly nipples prompted me to test again as I'd tested earlier and nothing. I'd felt quite dizzy and tired for no reason the week before
The nausea from 4.5 weeks - 13.5 weeks properly gave it away

Morning sickness for 2 weeks on
My boobs exploded in size

For my pregnancies I had all the symptoms of AF on her way. But I also had a heaviness/fullness in my boobs. It wasn't a very strong feeling but it was definitely there.

With DC2 I completely went off coffee when I had been getting through 3+ cups a day to survive WFH and being in lockdown. I also had constant low-level nausea. I didn't eqaute it to pregnancy so was quite surprised when the test was positive. With DC1 it was a very abrupt change in mood/hormones (couldn't stop crying, being so angry with something that I knew I was being irrational), dislike of coffee again and super sore chest.

Extremely sensitive nipples, super sensitive smell and horrible metallic taste started within days of each other. I also got persistent water infections with all 3 pregnancies early on which lasted until 12ish weeks

My first was long before you could buy tests - had to wait at least 2 months and go to the GP.
However I knew very early on (apart from the missed period) because of a weird tingling in my right boob. I’d had nothing like it before. IIRC it only happened the once.

I had exactly the same sign with my 2nd, same side and just the once only.

I had a bad headache on both my girls before I missed or tested . Best of luck 🙂

The worst thrush ever! And my wee smelt funny, I know very odd!

I was on holiday and felt really anxious about going back to work - abnormally anxious and like I just wanted to get back home and get in bed. I didn't really care for all the walking around we were doing and was preoccupied in my thoughts to enjoy the holiday.
Got back home and did a test and it all made sense.
Been feeling that way recently and we are ttc but did a test this morning and it was negative

A nosebleed

At about 9/10 days post ovulation. For all
3 pregnancies. Is that a weird one?

Big sore boobs.

I got the worse cold sore I'd ever had, it ran into my gums. Nausea when driving. Smelling fish and chips in open countryside. Feeling a bit frisky.
