She's alleging that in 2015 Biden pressured the Ukraine Govt to fire a prosecutor who was investigating an energy company that had Hunter Biden as a board member
It's true that the Vice--president did put pressure on Ukraine to replace Viktor Shokin as their chief prosecutor; the reasons might be just a little different from those she presumably believes.
As I understood it at the time, Biden pressured the Ukraine government (on the instructions of his own government, and at the request of the European Union, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund) to replace Viktor Shokin precisely because he wasn't investigating Burisma, or anything much else in the way of corruption, because he was himself both corrupt and ineffective. I might be wrong, though: has any actual evidence, as opposed to rudyism, come to light since then?
And wasn't there a bit of trump news (which is false news under a more accurate name, I feel) which also tried, but failed, to link Nancy Pelosi's son Paul to Burisma?
Mind you, Trump was right to see Joe Biden as the main threat to his re-election, wasn't he.
