Also, Republicans saying "ah, it's edited, that's not the whole thing, it's a fix" -- guess what, kids, the whole thing is available. All hour and a bit of it.

They’re going to say next that it’s fake and of course the base will believe it.

Given the tendencies of Trump cultists, that tape seems very harmful to Raffsberger ... they'll turn on him before they dump Trump.

Oh sorry, I seem to have missed quite a lot of posts and am repeating them

I am nine minutes in and he hasn't stopped his meandering account of all the cheating that has gone on so far.

Unless there are portions of the tape that somehow negate criminal intent, "I just want to find 11,780 votes" and his threats against Raffensperger and his counsel violate 52 U.S. Code § 20511. His best defense would be insanity.

Most people would believe him on that score at least.

From all this insanity with the objectors am I to believe that had the Dems not had a House majority that it’s quite possible that the election could have been overturned?
Some may say that there would be enough decent Reps in both chambers to prevent that but at this point I’m not so sure

Is this realty the state of America’s democracy?

I listened to a short portion of the tape.
Man, Trump is really pissed off.

I assumed it was taped at Raffenspergers end and they leaked it BUT the voice quality of Trump seems clearer than the Georgia end. Possibly because Trump's raising his voice and Raff is quietly spoken.
But could the leak have come from the White House?
