To have the heating on all day?

Seeing as we are at home most of the time at the moment, I've been putting the heating on for about 12 hours a day. We are having a cold spell at the moment and it's just so cold without it, especially as I'm anaemic and get very cold hands.

We have it on 15c in the day, and 18c for an hour in the morning and evening.

Is anyone else the same?

I'm in the north of Scotland, mines been set at 18 c for the last 2 months. Of course YANBU to have heating on in December. Crank it up OP.
