Just that. I rarely use Instagram but found myself scrolling Britney Spears account today. It’s incredibly unnerving. She is clearly very very unwell. I found some of her videos disturbing and hard to watch.

I’m not googling for you, the court has appointed an independent medical team and does so at each review, it is publicly stated and it is not disputed by even Britney, her family or her lawyers, why would it be.

Honestly this is just silly and that court doc didn’t originate in Reddit for goodness sake. 😂

Why are some peoooe so desperate to make this something it’s not. To have a conspiracy, isn’t it bad enough!

TatianaBis · 06/12/2020 17:18

I said it was first posted on Reddit.

The father hasnt even really said dementia, 12 years ago he appears to have ticked a box to file for conservatory on the grounds of dementia. And here we are saying she has a lifelong genetic condition, when hes never really divulged the details.

Filing under dementia grants him a lot more rights. It maybe this was advised at the time. I do think if se is so mentally ill why is she allowed in the public eye? Would you not eant to protect your daughter from some of the public ridicule she has endured in recent years. The media have been vicious to Britney over the years and if she was my daughter with the capacity of a coma patient like fuck would I be letting her release music, do TV appearances or Las vegas residencies.

I dont know britney, I dont know her father. However it does seem sensible to have an independent body involved in britneys financial decisions, not just her father. Which she now has.

Bluntness100 · 06/12/2020 17:19

It was first posted at the court.

TatianaBis · 06/12/2020 17:22

I’m assuming you understand what posted means? Posted online.

The court documents are not a matter of public record.

user1471565182 · 06/12/2020 17:39

Wheres the infomation about this independent medical team?

PullTheBricksDown · 06/12/2020 17:49

Cite a credible source for this then. You asserted it as fact, so don't make it other people's responsibility to back it up or show it's credible. Evidence your own statements. Saying other people are 'silly' or 'crazy' doesn't support this. And anyone can say anything on Reddit. A link to something that a identifiable journalist has put their name to? Then you're talking.

The thing is, if she wasn't a multi-millionaire who still had all this earning potential and royalties coming in....and she needed round the clock care as you say...then she wouldn't get it because who would provide it?

The State of California would. The thing is Brittney was diagnosed with Bipolar 1 disorder not dementia. Its fishy as hell that she is being treated this way. Her lawyers don't want her to be independent because there goes their paycheck. Usually a Guardian Ad Litem is appointed by the courts who is suppose to advocate for her. Where are they? Who is speaking for Britney who is not being paid by jer funds which her father controls

user1481840227 · 06/12/2020 18:05

@Leaannb Would the state of California intervene and control her to that extent?

If she didn't have family yes they would. She would be institunalized. For people with families who are not rich those family members jave to explain where every dollar goes from the individual's disability check.

I just did a quick google and 1/3 of the homeless people in California have severe mental illness...why are they not institutionalised then?

I also found this article asking "Do California’s most severely mentally ill need more forced treatment?"
It mentions a man who developed schizophrenia, has severe delusions and apparently has been left to fend for himself! and the article says that it's not a unique story.

It also says that for people who need conservatorships there is no spaces to put them!

Because it takes a court order to place them. When they are on the streets its extremely hard to get that court order. For them to get that court order they would have to be in immediate danger of causing harm to themselves or others. Until that time they are free to make their own decisions including their mental health decisions. With not illegal to be homeless so the goverment just can't round them all up, arrest them and submit to treatment

EveryoneRevealsThemselves · 06/12/2020 19:01

One little thing that ran huge alarm bells for me is that one of the people who has been VERY vocal about supporting “free Britney” is Sam Lutfi. Britney has a long term restraining order and him and I think most people would agree, he played an enormous part in every element of her breakdown and the problems that have eventually lead to her present legal situation. Getting her away from that vulture (and others like him), at least initially, possibly saved her from complete destruction.

DumplingsAndStew · 06/12/2020 19:12

Everything I've read suggests that Britney currently has 30% unsupervised custody of her children - reduced recently from 50% after the incident with her father.

How does unsupervised custody possibly fit in with someone with mental illness so severe they live in effectively a 24/7 bubble?

IndecentFeminist · 06/12/2020 19:21

That has been reduced to only 10%, supervised I think

Absolutely nothing has been said anywhere about these supposed shit ton of drs on the case? who are there? there was one dr dealing with her referred to alongside her case but he died last year. Britney and her mother wanted the complete medical details released but they havnt been. The only person whos said its dementia is her father (who is the person it directly benefits). She would be the youngest victim of dementia by around 10 years. Britney has said she has Bi Polar disorder.
@user1471565182 She would be the youngest victim of dementia by around 10 years.

This is not true AT ALL! I know a 7yr old child with dementia! I know a 26 yr old woman with it and a 38yr old man. HmmHmmHmmHmmHmmHmm

Wildswim · 06/12/2020 20:37

I remember reading stuff years ago about Britney and the Illuminati and mind control. That she was being controlled by very powerful, malevolent groups. It seemed loony, but a lot of these websites predicted that she would lose her mind. This was years before the conservatorship.

user1471565182 · 06/12/2020 20:37

Read the thread.

Wildswim · 06/12/2020 20:45

Oh sorry has this been mentioned? I confess I only read the first few pages of the thread.

Wildswim · 06/12/2020 20:54

Just checked her Instagram, the one eye /eye of providence is a recent post - a classic Illuminati symbol.

Whatever is going on, there is something deeply disturbing about her situation.
