Has anyone had what they thought was periods during pregnancy ????
I haven’t been well recently, suppose you could say pregnancy symptoms. My issue is we haven’t actually done the deed in months and I have had what I thought was periods. I have been vomiting a lot/ been bloating and sorry for the tmi but piles came back ( haven’t had them since second pregnancy 7 years ago )
I just took a test this afternoon which has come up as a very clear positive, took another and the same result.
I am so confused right now. I will book an appointment with doctor of course but I’m in completely freak out mode.
It defo wouldn’t be planned I have 2 DC 13 and nearly 7.
Partner and I have been friends for a very very very long time but only started dating 11 months ago.
I don’t know what I am actually asking 🤣

My "12 week scan" , that I thought might be 14 thought I was 23 weeks. DD arrived by emergency C at 35 weeks. I was having what I thought were fairly regular periods, perhaps a bit lighter in hindsight for that first month or two.

My Dad spent his formative weeks sleeping in a drawer as my gran had no idea she was pregnant.

Congratulations BTW

Love this thread!

My friend had her baby at 38 weeks last week and you couldn't even tell she was pregnant. She just looked very very slightly bloated.

everybodyknowsus · 11/11/2020 20:26

This is amazing Grin

WillSantaBeComingToTown · 11/11/2020 20:27

Years ago my uni housemate had periods until month 6 but she was on the pill.

The baby was born 6 weeks after use found out she was pregnant. She went up to an old size 12 jean so a current 10 at the most and was in a size 8 (so a 6 ) 10 days after the birth.

bluewindows · 11/11/2020 20:29

Congratulations OP, I'm excited to see how far along you actually are. I love these threads

LouiseTrees · 11/11/2020 20:34

I don’t think the line is anything to be concerned about.

Snowbeau · 11/11/2020 20:34

Can you try and feel your uterus at all?

PolarnOPirate · 11/11/2020 20:35

How exciting! From that photo I'd definitely say pregnant! So jealous. Good luck!

happyjack12 · 11/11/2020 20:35

did i miss the photo?
the line- does it run from pubic area up to belly button? Yep, pregnancy!

Whattheactual20201 · 11/11/2020 20:36

I am going to say I wouldn’t know what I was feeling for 🤣

Mylittlesandwich · 11/11/2020 20:37

Looks bump like to me but could be the angle. The wee line looks like a pregnancy thing too. I had piles and it was definitely 3rd trimester. Congrats I think.

sociallydistained · 11/11/2020 20:39

This is an exciting thread, OP! Are you going to see GP before telling your partner?
