OP I can totally understand being scared when thinking about the future. I think it would be weird if you weren't at least a bit worried - there is a lot of crazy stuff going on at the moment in the world, and like most people, I am a bit worried and have moments of genuine fear about it all. But I try not to let those thoughts dominate because I still have a life to live, people I love, and lots of hope, too. In your case, it sounds like you're finding it really hard to switch off from it all.
Remember that it's only really your daily existence that you have influence over. Everything outside of your day to day life is likely to be outside your control. There's nothing you can do about any of the global crises that are playing out, but you can choose to focus on making a positive contribution to the people around you, and to your self. Instead of spending time trying to dig into the "great reset" or whatever it is, you could spend time learning about history, or evolutionary biology, or philosophy - anything like this would give you so many more insights into what's going on in the world now. There are loads of free lectures and courses online.
It's also good to get into some kind of mindful physical practice every day. I love pilates. It is good for self-discipline as well as helping release stress.
A third suggestion is to get outside in nature as much as you can. Most people benefit from that more than they expect. Going for a walk in the park, on the beach, somewhere with trees or if you can get to it, somewhere really open and wild, is so good for giving perspective and making you feel calmer inside.
Also, as pp have said, it's probably a good idea to talk to your GP and maybe consider medication to help reduce anxiety. Medication isn't for everyone, but it can really help in some cases, as can CBT and other therapies. Can be reasonably accessible online, too.
