Just watching another yawn fest from Mr Sandler, which Netflix seems to be chock full of. My OH likes the humour and it was his choice this evening.

Don't get me wrong, there's a couple of great films in his back catalogue, but it all seems so formulaic now. It's just a bit of fun for him and his mates really, isn't it?

I personally cannot stand the man or his work. As a PP said, it is full of racist, sexist and ableist stereotypes. Yuck.

I like him in the wedding singer. I hate everything else he’s ever done. Anger management(?) was one of the worst things I’ve ever watched and horribly, cringingly offensive. I refuse to watch a single other thing with him in it.

The wedding singer is ok as Drew Barrymore is sweet in it and he becomes a better person because she is so nice.
His other films however are not very good :(

Hated the new Halloween film, found it boring.

They are very hit and miss but when they are good I really enjoy them for the silliness. They really are just a bunch of mates having fun.
