Italian or Spanish would be my guess.

You can't possibly tell someone's ethnicity just from looking at them.

I think you are white. But, looking hard, you could be part-Indian or part-Middle Eastern.

My dark haired pale skinned husband got asked by locals in Turkey if he had Turkish or Spanish family.

In Dublin, a Japanese gentleman asked us to pose for a photo of "genuine Irish people".
