Lasagna with cheese on top

Just ordered a food delivery as a treat, DH ordered a lasagna and it came with cheese on top.

I would of complained as cheese does not belong on lasagna but DH loves it as says it's meant to come with melted grated cheese on top.

I disagree and think it's just meant to have the white sauce.

Should Lasagna have cheese?

The new applewood vegan cheese is amazing on lasagne and in macaroni cheese. It melts beautifully. Even carnivore DH clears his plate and asks for more.

Sorry, that was 'Cheese!' as in, 'Yes, of course, cheese!' rather than a Peter Kay 'Garlic bread!' incredulous exclamation.

It has to have cheese on. I always try to share the cheesy bit out fairly, with lasagne left over for seconds if anyone is still hungry. The last time I did, I went back for an extra bit and some fecker (DS1 most likely) had taken the entire top layer of melted cheese and left normal lasagne underneath!
Imagine choosing to have your lasagne like that!
