I have tasted the worst drink in Christendom. Can you top this?

Category, as Ru Paul would say, is alcoholic drinks aimed at women.

I bought a bottle of Malibu Strawberry Spritz at Morrison’s last week. I like Malibu (don’t judge me) and strawberries and fizzy things.

I opened it last night. Christ, it was awful. Tasted like a weird blend of kids’ medicine and saturated sugar syrup. Not sure how you can make something like this taste un-fruity. And it was virulent pink.

Down the sink it went, even the plughole seemed to be resisting it by vomiting up the pink foam.

I can’t imagine anything worse but maybe you know differently.

YABU = yes, there are worse alcoholic drinks aimed at the ladies and I’m going to give you details.

YANBU = no, nothing sounds worse than Malibu Strawberry Spritz.

I love Malibu but I'm struggling to imagine coconut and strawberry being a nice mix tbf.

You will get a lot of votes of YABU. This is because they will think YABU for ever thinking that this abomination was a good idea.

I once tried a cider with Cointreau. It was like alcoholic Fanta incredibly sickly sweet. Bluergh 🤢

Not an alcoholic drink, but in Epcot at Disney World there used to be a Coca Cola place called Club Cool where you could try different soft drinks from around the world and there was this one called Beverley (can't remember the country it was from)! I swear it was the most disgusting thing I've ever drank! It was like necking pure TCP 🤢🤢 had fun tricking my hubs and son in to drinking it though 🤣🤣🤣

The worst drink in the world is San Pellegrino chinotto. Jesus wept, it’s vile. I had a huge gulp in the car on a v hot day and expected it to be a refreshing delight. Had to spit it out the window lest I puked it up in the footwell. Eurgh.

Non alcoholic - when the energy drink Carabao launched, they were giving away free samples. DH brought one home.

It is the worst thing I have ever tasted. Absolutely disgusting. If you were hanging by a thread due to dehydration you'd take one sip and decide that death was a better prospect.

I wouldn't dare drink Beverley. My sister has. She hated it.

Is that the one with the brown foil? I have never risked it for that reason. Brown foil does not augur well.

This sounded lovely and was only £5 a bottle so I bought it. It was really not nice and did not taste of Jaffa Cakes!!!!

I love Baileys- but the trifle one last year was pretty rank. All got drank though Ooh I had the M&S one - I thought it was bloody lovely. Didn't last long in our house. They have some other lovely flavours too

I once had a cocktail in a Turkish restaurant. It had Raki, chocolate and raspberry in it. Now, I actually like aniseed but the combination was completely undrinkable.

I also had a sample of an energy drink about 15 years ago which was like cough mixture that made my tongue go numb.

While camping, DH accidentally bought Nosecco instead of prosecco.
We concluded it wasn't even suitable as a punishment drink. And I drank some vile stuff while young. It was far worse than Flares 'champagne' for example.

I remember when Red Bull was being launched. I was a student and they kept sending reps to student things to give it away. By the second or third time I encountered them pretty much every student was refusing them as they'd tried them and said it was so bad it couldn't even be used as a mixer.
They couldn't even give it away to students!
Couldn't believe it when they actually stated selling it and people then started drinking it.

Tesco value cola has to be up there too.
