Bra off since 2pm. Felt like s.h.i.t and bastard raining so ordered mini shop from co-op on deliveroo. Cooked a cottage pie, got pissed. Dp now "having a rest" after said pie and me playing Animal Crossing. Got a bit of nostalgia for putting on high heels and hitting the town reading this thread!

Not sure living my best life and being sexy are synonymous. I think the whole best life thing is pants. I'm happy for my life to sometimes seem boring to other people so I can chill and relax. I don't want to be constantly striving.

I'm in bed crocheting my mum a blanket for Christmas.

I remember I used to go out clubbing at 10pm. At the grand old age of 35 I much prefer being under the duvet, cats at my feet, with a project than walking around club to club in too high heels for the cobbled streets and not enough clothing for the weather. Blew my mind at Uni when the students from Norway actually wore their winter coats to the club instead of just freezing.

I’m curled up in bed with a little rescue dog who came home with me for the first time today. I seem to be the only thing she’s not absolutely terrified of.

I'm packing bar glasses so my nephew can paint the den.The cats are fed, my partner is alsleep, and I have the washer, dryer, and dishwasher going. The electric meter is spinning fast.

I'm maybe winning this best life thing today as I'm in a beautiful remote Scottish hotel. Excellent food and drink and got very soggy on a walk today and returned to find the hotel boiler had broken. Cool showers instead of long hot baths but there is lots of gin and we brought whisky miniatures with is because the bar has to shut at 10
