DS was 5 today so he has finally gone to bed so me and DH are having a drink. Him brandy while playing Football Manager and me a vodka with Cherry Coke watching Big Bang Theory

Just put my nasal strip on for bed. I get terribly congested and wouldn't want it keeping me awake. Not on a Saturday night. At 10pm

I mixed Dylon Navy Blue and Jeans Blue in the washing machine to re-dye some bleached clothes.

Making facemasks with a recorded episode of Why Women Kill on the television. Absolutely living my best life!

I'm doing a careful study to see which is better: veggie Colin Caterpillars from M&S or vegan jelly worms from Aldi. I think Colin has the edge, but the worms are half the price.

I have just woken up after a three hour nap on the sofa. Rock and roll.

Came back from the pub after meeting up with a mate who has 'man trouble' Had a couple of gins and half a pub pizza with her.. now slobbing under a blanket, jim jams on and slugging a rum and ginger. I'm shovelling more carbs down my throat and watching 12 years a Slave thinking how bloody lucky I am to have my freedom

Got into bed at 9 cause I no longer enjoy staying up 🤦🏻‍♀️

Just had the most wonderful catch up with an old friend. Now back to reality, deciding which is worse, cleaning the kitchen or dealing with grumpy 14 yo..

I cleaned the caddy I keep my makeup in that had got so encrusted in bits of eye shadow/liner/glittery stuff that my hand was coming out covered in black goo every time I take makeup out (which admittedly isn't much these days)
