Well @lola4 I was going to reply to your first comment to say that your mistake is politely declining every year you’re threatened with a reindeer made out of sticks, but I see you have a plan to place a massive herd of menacing looking stick reindeer outside her door so she can’t go out and make unwise festive purchases and instead stays in and has nightmares. Well done, good strategy.

I think they are quite cute, they are crocheted too and probably took the maker 2 or 3 hours to make all of that. At least it's an actual skill compared to some stuff posted on here

I just told DH about this thread and how it had some of the reindeer twig things that he bought at a craft stall a few years ago. He got a bit huffy and said that Christmas wouldn't be Christmas if it was classy

YouokHun...yes...yes, that WAS my plan...genius! She'd seriously be made up with a garden full of those, love her dearly and they do say opposites attract, I'm guessing friendships work the same way!

WhispersOfWickedness...I love it! My friend would get all huffy to, can hear her now 'well I LIKE them (mutter, mutter)'. She would definitely love the log snowmen...I've sent her the link of the 12 days of Christmas on EBay and suggested I will be making her something like this instead of buying her a gift this year... she's gone quiet... I'm taking her silence as a thumbs up 👍
