You can choose:

1 starter
1 main
1 dessert/cheeseboard with your favourites on
A drink of your choice

Money no object, or calories. Any cuisine or combination which wouldn't normally be served up together

Mine:

Starter: Chicken tikka pieces with fried onions
Main: Fillet steak, cheesy mash, onions and mushrooms cooked in garlic, veg
Dessert: Millionaires cheesecake
Drink: Sauvignon Blanc, preferably Marlborough.

Very slightly cheating but they do present at starters, mains and desserts - a cinnamon club tasting menu. Or Benares.

Starter would be grilled squid with garlic, lemon and parsley.

Main would be venison, asparagus and a proper baked potato with loads of butter as well as gratin dauphinois.

Next would be a cheeseboard with overripe Camembert and dolcelatte.

All washed down with a good Rioja.

Starter: prawn cocktail, heavy on the sauce
Main: proper Napoli marghertia pizza with a side of cheesy garlic bread (not authentic but hey!)
Dessert: warm chocolate brownie with salted caramel ice-cream
Drink: multiple aperol spritz's please

Honestly, most of the suggestions made by pps would work for me. I’m not fussy.

Vodka
Starter - A choice of Stilton, Roquefort, caviar, and smoked Salmon (sp?) and water crackers with salted butter and cucumber
Main Some sort of curry with peswari nan
Dessert Floating island with a light caramel sauce, toasted almonds and lots of creme anglais

Starter: sesame mushroom strips from TGI Fridays

Main: tin pan louie ‘a chunky chilli with rice, lemon and soured cream from Sedero Lounge - but a double serving because omg is lush

Dessert: Eton mess

Drink: my favourite kind of hot chocolate from Costa. Can’t elaborate, it really is outing.

Surf and turf with steak (sirloin) served blue, with peppercorn sauce and half a lobster drizzled in garlicky butter, chips and salad.
Lemon tart and cream.

Drinks would have to be moitijos and a big glass of Malbec!

Main - Greek mezze or a tapas - I get food envy, and also I know that would technically count as starters as well... But its a dream scenario, right?
Deasert- tirramisu
Drink - a smooth malbec

Prawn dhansak with coconut rice and saag aloo
Cheeseboard with Roquefort and a nice strong goats cheese and plenty of chutney
A nice, full-bodied red wine

The chocolate cake they have at the botanist in Birmingham.

With a/several bottles of Delerium Tremens beer.

Main:Poached chicken breast in creamy mushroom and garlic sauce, green beans and sauté potatoes
Dessert: my late mum's warm apple pie with custard and thick cream
