Lady Gaga - big and butch, surprisingly tall and hairy
Lewis Capaldi - loud and bolshy
Tony Hadley - horrible and drunk, felt my arse

Chocolatehamper · 11/09/2020 22:04

Robert Plant

He booked his car into our garage to have some work done. I made him a hot chocolate!! He was lovely and dealt with a rather effusive 60+ year old woman who launched herself at him when she came to collect her car!
His phone ran out of battery and he didn’t think we could help with that too but we happened to have an old Nokia 3410 charger so he gave me his phone while he went for a walk... I was sorely tempted but didn’t!

MrsZola · 11/09/2020 22:04

George Michael - absolutely charming (and was my teen through to adulthood idol)
Andrew Ridgeley - even more charming as he was my first proper crush!
Michael Hutchence - made my knees tremble as a 19 year old hotel receptionist!
Kylie - so polite ( under a pseudonym as she was secretly joining Michael Hutchence in his aforementioned hotel suite)
Elton John & David Furnish - so kind & generous
Guy Garvey from Elbow - he was dining with the rest of the band & friends at the same restaurant as us.... they were just leaving as my friends dessert arrived with birthday candle in & he serenaded our table with ‘happy birthday’ - amazing!

Badgerstmary · 11/09/2020 22:07

FarTooSkinny · 11/09/2020 22:08

Prince William - tried chatting up any man that came within 5 yards of him. It became a bit of a joke
Prince Charles - well known for having wandering hands for any female younger than 70 close to him
Prince Harry - thousand yard stare

@Saggyoldsofa no such luck. I was a student & my friend & I had the attic rooms. We were allowed to cook in their utility room using a 2 ring stove & a microwave. He did used to stay over though.

TwinMama6 · 11/09/2020 22:10

Joanna Lumley (extremely lovely)
Tony Blair

Geri Horner
Lots of telly folk eg David Mitchell, Ben Miller, Alexander Armstrong

FarTooSkinny · 11/09/2020 22:15

The Queen - common
David Attenborough - self obsessed
George Clooney - ugly in the flesh
Arnold Schwarzenegger - wan
Al Gore - bitter
Michael Parkinson - lost for words

Badgerstmary · 11/09/2020 22:18
