I spotted a few celebrities or known TV personalities near where I used to work, but I wouldn't say I've met them.

To name but a few:
David Mitchell - v funny in real life
Dermot O Leary - friendly and down to earth
Samuel L Jackson - had a real presence, I was quite star struck
Bob Monkhouse - a bit smarmy (sorry)
Ricky Gervais - v unfriendly unsurprisingly
Grace Jones - v charming
Nenah Cherry - v Chatty and nice
Sophie Ellis Bexter - also chatty and nice
David Hasslehoff - larger than life
Olivia Coleman - v warm and friendly
Tom Hiddleston - very off and a bit rude
Christopher Biggins - felt like I made a life long friend! Not that I did, but he was a brilliant laugh!
@RaymondReddingtonMrs

Damian Lewis was lovely
Bumped into him and his brother in a village pub between Xmas and new year over a couple of nights. Nice and chatty
Now I’m wondering if you live near me as Damian’s half brother lives in next village to me and they are often in the pub together?

Most famous probably Bryan Ferry, but that was fleeting.

Eyed up by Gary Kemp and hugely disappointed because I wanted his brother to eye me up instead. He didn't.

Lots of others, but I suppose the longest meeting period was getting shitfaced with Paul Merton. Utterly and completely shitfaced.

When I was a sixth-former, Anthony Hopkins gave a talk at my school. A group of sixth-formers, including me, were asked to entertain him beforehand. I remember thinking, 'Why would such a great actor be interested in talking to sixth-form girls?'. Oh the innocence of it!

That's my dream ticket. Politically, we're worlds apart but to my mind he's the greatest footballer of his generation and I'd love to tell him so one day.
