bumblebee1987 · 11/09/2020 18:07

Ant and Dec- lovely lovely lovely people!

Daphne from Frasier (not sure of her real name!)

My son played with Prince George and Princess Charlotte once at a zoo if that counts?! Although I wasn't with him!

CorianderLord · 11/09/2020 18:09

Ok I realise I have an advantage

Jess that's a lovely story about Anthony Head, I've never had strong feelings about him but I really like him now 😍

I met Russell Howard on my hen do.

Also attached a picture of when we met Catherine Zeta Jones and Michael Douglas. It was in 2006 when they opened up the children’s hospital in Cardiff. This picture was posted in magazines of my dad and my sister who had pneumonia at the time.

She’s fine and moved away to uni today!

Suggs. My hero. I was embarrassed to ask for a photo but I decided it was now or never ❤️

Susanw1985 · 11/09/2020 18:17

Girls aloud (minus nadine) in Glasgow airport years ago-they were lovely and signed my paper for me. I stupidly gave it to my ex bf

finniesmummy · 11/09/2020 18:18

On a walk with my 3 daughters in Sandringham. Moved aside to let a family of cyclists past. The gentleman stopped alongside me and said good morning, whereupon I realised it was Prince William!!
Kate rose up next, stopped, looked at my girls and said ‘wow!’ (in Sympathy I’m sure).
Was a very strange experience!

Corcory · 11/09/2020 18:18

Billy Connolly, Adam Ant, Rowan Atkinson - had to decline his credit card! John Cleese, Olivia Newton John, Ronnie Corbett, Thin Lizzy several times, Rory Bremmer, John Major, when he was PM. Stayed in the same hotel as Dexy's Midnight Runners for a few months got quite friendly!

Confusedasusual78 · 11/09/2020 18:21

Suzypoo10 · 11/09/2020 18:25

Kate Bush, before she was famous - I went to the same school as her.

Glenda Jackson - whilst looking at knickers in M&S; she said something to me, but I was so star-struck I couldn’t respond.

Anthony Andrews, when I worked in a department store in London (his wife was the heiress of the store).

Patsy Palmer - she sat behind us on a flight to Paris and didn’t stop talking for the whole flight, she spoke to my toddler son.

Keith Floyd - went to his pub in Devon, which was very busy and he showed us into a smaller, quieter room.

I met Julian Fellowes through work (for a charity) and he was charming. His lovely wife took some of my homemade shortbread home in her handbag for him for later and sent me a card saying how much he enjoyed it.
