The problem is getoff that these links aren’t evidence at all, they are mostly just opinion pieces or deflection onto something completely irrelevant (like France for example). Like I said upthread, for every link he/she provides with one take, I will be able to find a link containing the opposite take. I note she hasn’t yet tried defending their admittance that they intend to breach international law.

Clavinova · 09/09/2020 11:54

Not creepy or intimidating at all that you have records on this stuff. I do believe it is your job.

I just use google and advanced search. Grin

Taking “inspiration” from Fat Boris’ “pyramid of piffle” ...

Tetrahedron of turd
Pyramid of poo
Shower of shite
Crate of cack

GetOffYourHighHorse · 09/09/2020 11:58

no one gives a shit what other countries do or don't do or for that matter'

Course they 'give a shit'. Well, when we appear to be doing badly of course as decreed by Piers Morgan and his fans, but then it's 'no no we don't give a shit about other countries!' When it is proven that we aren't.

This from the guy who promised a new law so Pharmacists and Nurses could give vaccinations!

I posted on that a few days ago;

"I didn't see Hancock's interview, but is this just a (deliberate) misunderstanding by the media?"

He lists GPs in this quote as well, not just nurses and pharmacists;

"He told BBC viewers; "we have changed the law so that more people can administer the jab. We want pharmacists, nurses, and GPs to be able to administer the jab."

nursingnotes.co.uk/news/hancock-change-law-allowing-nurses-administer-flu-vaccines/

"Consultation document: changes to Human Medicine Regulations to support the rollout of COVID-19 vaccines."

"Expand the workforce legally allowed to administer vaccines under NHS and local authority occupational health schemes, so that additional healthcare professionals in the occupational health workforce will be able to administer vaccines. Vaccinations for health and care workers are often administered through occupational health schemes, but only nurses are authorised to administer prescription-only medicines under written instruction of a doctor. The proposals would expand the workforce that can administer COVID-19 and flu vaccinations under an NHS or local authority occupational health scheme so that it also includes midwives, nursing associates, operating department practitioners, paramedics, physiotherapists and pharmacists" ...

'Taking “inspiration” from Fat Boris’ “pyramid of piffle”

I had a hand wringer earlier disapproving of my Brylcream Keith comment but I bet 'Fat Boris' won't be frowned upon.

ItWasTheBestOfTimes · 09/09/2020 12:04

It’s the complete refusal to ever criticise the government that baffles me, even when they do complete u turns you get the same poster who defended the initial position also defend the u turn position. Take the withdrawal agreement, I’m sure if I did an AS I would be able to find Clavinova defending the Irish Sea border and hailing Boris’ deal a great deal, when the less blinkered amongst us recognised that putting a customs border within your own territory is frankly a terrible outcome. Now Boris also thinks it’s a terrible deal, you get the same poster now criticising the deal they previously supported Confused

Madcats · 09/09/2020 12:04

"Up to something" (Gove and Cummings and the ERG are too quiet at the moment).

jasjas1973 · 09/09/2020 12:05

One of the highest death rates per capita in the world (even with the new way of counting deaths) and hardest hit economically of any G7 country.
We are doing sooooooo well!

ChavvySexPond · 09/09/2020 12:05

ChavvySexPond · 09/09/2020 12:06

Herewefall · 09/09/2020 12:09

Shit hot....not!

KeepSmiling89 · 09/09/2020 12:09

I'm the words of some popular children's books...
"Not my government" didn't vote for them and everything that's happened pretty much sums up why!

Port1aCastis · 09/09/2020 12:09

Where's the tory plant isitmebut she was very good at copy and pasting too!
Anyway.
Shitshow
Charlatans
Agreement breakers

Clavinova · 09/09/2020 12:13

We are doing sooooooo well!

Where are Labour going wrong then?

yougov.co.uk/topics/politics/articles-reports/2020/08/26/voting-intention-con-43-lab-36-24-25-aug

jasjas1973 · 09/09/2020 12:13

No Clav, i saw his interview, he made no mention of midwives or nursing associates etc etc.... just Pharmacists and Nurses.

So it would appear Hancock didn't read or understand the new proposals his dept has come up with but doesn't even know what the current law is.

jasjas1973 · 09/09/2020 12:15

Where are Labour going wrong then?

Irrelevant.

Port1aCastis · 09/09/2020 12:16

Who was the other poster who was also a right wing plant, she adored trump and farage but disappeared after one of the elections?

Panicwiththebisto · 09/09/2020 12:17

He admitted it himself Getorf and to be fair he is a become a bit thinner, but yes I was a bit unkind.

Clavinova · 09/09/2020 12:17

No Clav, i saw his interview, he made no mention of midwives or nursing associates etc etc...just Pharmacists and Nurses.

Are GPs surprised he mentioned them as well?

Panicwiththebisto · 09/09/2020 12:17

He has

ItWasTheBestOfTimes · 09/09/2020 12:17

Again deflection, what have labour got to do with it? The point is the government intend to break the law, specifically so they don’t have to honour an agreement that they negotiated, voted on, signed, ratified, boasted about, won election on, but are now saying is complete rubbish and needs to be scrapped. Come on, how do you defend that?

HoneysuckIejasmine · 09/09/2020 12:19

@Port1aCastis

Who was the other poster who was also a right wing plant, she adored trump and farage but disappeared after one of the elections?
Claig but also Cendrillion
