Well.... I've been talking about this to my laydeeee friends this week, since reading this thread. Its an amazing 100% uptake on the idea of the Mooncup. out of ALL my friends, they will ALL be trying it this month.
I'm really pleased! they were totally sold on it from all i told them. I was able to answer many of their questions, from hearing your anwsers here.. seems the same things are of concern to most people who have yet to use them

There MUST be some kind of feung shui thing with the body, and stuffing the orifices with wads of cotton... im sure its not good for how you 'feel' .. a bit like you do if you clear the clutter out from under your bed, when you go to bed, yo do actually feel better!
