What's a stealth boost?

On holiday around the swimming pool a few years back I overheard a woman talking to someone else about the hotel pool.
' I can do a few lengths of this one without getting too tired, our one at home is so much longer! ' ( not much stealth going on there to be fair!)

The generational point is bang on. A couple of weeks ago I had some older visitors to my garden and one came in the gate and said “What a lovely size garden you have! Mine’s six times the size of this and I just can’t keep on top of it!”

Did they really say six times 😂 not twice the size or five times? 6 is so specific (the others seem more generic exaggeration terms) and for some reason this has made me laugh mentally picturing them doing the actual maths in their head so that they could be sure to genuinely impress
