To ask how old you were when you first snogged someone

I’m talking propper snogging with tongues.

Was asked today by my 12yo dd and honestly couldn’t remember! Think it was somewhere around 14 but clearly wasn’t too memorable!

11 1/2 on a school trip, very memorable for me as the whole school witnessed it lol

A boy led me by my hand to 'behind the wall' and bit my lip a few times when I was about 9 in the school playground and I thought that's what kissing was for a good few years... shudder to think if he's kept that technique into adulthood.
12/ 13 started kissing- had boyfriends that I took so seriously at the time, but I really wish now that I'd not been so distracted by boys at school. And university.

13. It's was horrible. I didn't do it again for a couple of years!

I was 12, he was 11. His name was James Morrison. Not the famous one.

My gorgeous 17ye old son hasn’t even kissed a girl yet. He’s so shy. He has a huge group of friends and more than half of them haven’t kissed anyone either. He tells me everything! ( sometimes too much )

12. And for some inexplicable reason I remember shaking beyond belief.

24! Girls school so lack of opportunity (although some of my friends managed to find boys elsewhere...). I was asked out a few times but never liked them back until mid 20s. I guess I was a late bloomer, although it did start to bother me by the time I was at university. But the first was very good in the end and I remember it well.

About a month short of 14. We were at school together (but he was a couple of years older than me). We stayed very loosely in touch after school, bumping into each other now and again - and then my DD found herself in the same class as his son!

14 - at an ice disco! He was a random stranger, set up by my friends, just to get it out of the way. Then dated a (different) boy from 14-18, then met my now DH at 18. So I have kissed very, very few people

12, on a school trip to Switzerland. then he packed me the next day in the dining room in front of everyone.

he was a dribbler. no great loss.

About 14. I can’t remember though 😂

I was 7, the boy was 12, met him in the park, he took me back to his house, he then asked me if i wanted sex, i didn't know what sex was, when he told me what it was i legged it.

I do think many of the early teens and preteens are under less pressure today, maybe they've more interesting things to do.

12. New years eve and my dad happened to see

18 at a work mate's engagement party. Looking back, he resembled one of Harry Enfield's scousers complete with moustache and curly hair. Cringe 😂

Nearly 14, didn’t especially enjoy it was just pleased to have gotten it out of the way!

18. I feel like I should remember it but I don't.

I was 12. I was pressured into it by a boy who went on to do much worse than pressure me to snog him. It was vile, I nearly threw up.

15ish. On the school field. A boy asked me out and I didn't like him but it felt rude to say no and all our friends told us to snog. Again, felt rude not to. I've only snogged 6 people! 😳
